Seasonal Haiku

Sun rays on the sea

Rippling waves flow peacefully

My freckles appear 

Dangling leaves flutter

Sassafras has burst like fire

A season of change 

I am in my bed

Bears are nestled underground

We are both so warm

Tulips are budding

Snow is melting off sidewalks

Decay yet rebirth
